Getting Ready

The morning was here and I wasn't nervous...yet. Now the night before was a whole 'nother story! The night before I was all by myself. I didn't have Mr. Hunt or my furbabies. We took the furbabies to doggie daycare so that they wouldn't be in the way or we wouldn't have to worry about them. So there I was in bed by myself for the first time in a very long time. That mixed with a trillion thoughts going through my head made for a sleepless night. I had one of those nights where you think you are awake, but you look at the clock and two hours went by when you thought only 15 minutes did. Half asleep I would call it.
But when I woke up, all of the sudden I was fine! My brother Davis cooked me my favorite breakfast, chocolate chip pancakes. He was a little upset that I came out to the kitchen because he said he was going to serve me in bed. Then he told me that he wanted to go hang out with Mr. Hunt and make sure he was doing ok. I love him!
Then I was headed to the church, again, not nervous or anything. We got there around noon so that my hair and makeup lady, Joy Ross could start on everyones hair and makeup and have time for everyone.
Everyone talked, ate snacks, and had a good time together.
Look at my cute jacket and hat. The jacket was HUGE, not on purpose, but it worked.

My hair and makeup was done last so that I could look the freshest.

Joy did such a good job on everyone. All my girls were absolutely beautiful.
Finally it was time to put the dress on.

At one point, I looked at the clock and saw that there was only 30 more minutes until the 4 o'clock wedding and I started to get butterflies. But they only lasted a few seconds, and that was it. I know it was because I had all the women that I love with me and it kept my mind from freaking out like it did the night before when I was alone.
Ready to go!

In the meantime, Mr. Hunt said he was nervous and sick to his stomach all day. Poor guy. He always gets like that. They watched football on the iPad to try to keep him calm. Mr. Hunt told me that if it weren't for Davis, he would have got sick with being nervous. Davis kept his mind off things. It was just Mr. Hunt and Davis in the room while the other guys escorted guests into the church. Way to go Davis!
It was finally time for the ceremony! Yay!!
