At The Fire Station

Remember when I told you that my little brother Dylan is now a fireman? Well, I'm still so happy for him and while we were on the East Coast, we went to visit him at the station.

We let Jane sit on the back of the truck.

There was alot to see.

She loves her Uncle

Then she got to sit in Dylan's seat in the truck.

look at his hat

See Dylan wear the hat

and wear his headphones

Uncle Dylan and Nana

Uncle Dylan and Mommy

Then she saw her reflection in the truck and decided to kiss herself. Probably not the most sanitary thing ever, but it was cute.

Then Uncle Dylan almost gave me a heart attack and took Jane to the top of the truck to look around.

I'm so happy we got to visit him there. I'm sure Jane and Dylan will cherish these pictures forever.

Love,
Jennifer

Jane Meets More Family

While we were back on the East Coast, we drove up to Augusta GA for a day trip so that Jane could meet more family on Mr. Hunt's side.

Most special was meeting her Great Grandmama Geri.

So so special.

She also got to meet her Great Uncle T-Buddy and Great Aunt Amy.

Cousin Samantha, cousin Daniel, and cousin Ali.

Great Aunt Mary Alice

This was a very special afternoon for me, and more so for Mr. Hunt. I know it was special for everyone that was there too. Jane is Grandma Geri's first Great Grandchild.

After that we went over to Jane's Great Grandma and Grandpa Hunt's house for lunch. She's met them before when she was 3 months old so it was good to see them again.

Our normally squiggly baby was perfectly content with sitting on the couch with her Pawpaw and Great Grandad Hunt. So cute.

It was a great day trip and Jane did so good. I was worried about her sleeping schedule since she loves to sleep in the car and the drive was 3 hours there and 3 hours back, but she did great and still slept through the night that night.

I fed her some carrots on the way back. This was the first time she ate a meal in her car seat and she didn't mind. She loves food.

She had a long day. Look how precious.

Adrienne's Wedding Shower

Adrienne is one of my best friends. You may remember her from my wedding, she was one of my three maids of honor and I wouldn't have had it any other way. We actually grew up together in the same town, but it wasn't until our freshman year in college that we actually became close friends. I'm confident in saying that she was the fastest friendship Ive ever made and we haven't looked back.

So anyway, she is getting MARRIED!!!! I'm so very excited for her and her fiance Richard, they are so precious together and I know Adrienne will love married life. Two weekends ago, Mr. Hunt and I went back to South Carolina for the weekend (Jane and I stayed a few extra days) for two main things, Adrienne's wedding shower and for Jane to meet more family on Mr. Hunt's side.

The shower was so much fun. One of my other Maids of Honor (and Adrienne's Maid of Honor) Tatiana planned and decorated the whole thing and she did such a great job.

Here's the BRIDE!

It was great to see some old high school and college friends.

Some of Adrienne's family

Look at this backyard! mmmmmmm

We sat outside for a few games and I thought it felt great outside. Everyone else complained about it being hot. I guess that's what living in Texas does to ya.

We played the famous toilet paper wedding dress game.

She's beautiful!

Wouldn't trade her for the world!

Here is everyone together. We all wore purple since that is one of Adrienne's colors in her wedding.

Friends

Then we got the chickens out.

I'm so glad that we made the trip down to celebrate Adrienne and Richard. I'm so excited for the wedding and for Adrienne's new life.

Love you Addie!

Love,
